So I created the final look for the "Purple Series" and its a complete bomb! UGH FML!
So what had happened was I cut the crease and thought it was blended well and all that. So I went in to make the tutorial completed it and started taking pictures thats when I noticed the makeup was off the black cut the crease part was not applied right instead of using what I normally use when I do black cut the crease I used my MUFE flash color black and it just didn't blend well for me with carbon IDK why! Then I noticed that the Cherub {HeavenlyNaturals.com} on the inner corner went further in on one eye which is fixable but the crease part was higher on one eye lol Epic fail! But I actually love the look! Its a great color combo MUFE #90 , Sang Real {HN}, Cherub {HN} it just came together really pretty so tomorrow I will re-do the look and hopefully bang it out! I hate making mistakes but there was so much going on while I was trying to complete the look I should have just scratched it and waited for tomorrow so here are pics of the #Failed Look!

Purple Series Part 2

So part 2 of the series features Greens! I kinda didnt know what greens I was using but after doing a little research I found that they were colors I didn't even know I had lol's!

So 1/2 of the way on the lid I used Bitter {MAC}
the other half I used Humid {MAC}
I then took my Smashbox liner brush dipped it in my Bright Blue MUFE Flash Color and I cut my crease!
Over the bright blue I applied Mystical Mist and blended up!
On top of the Mystical Mist I applied a tad bit of the #92 its a lighter purple so I just blended the two together,
Next I applied my Highlight
As a base for the look I used NYX Milk Jumbo Pencil then only on the lid
I used the Green in the Flash Palette to make humid and bitter pop!
I applied MUFE's Bright Blue to my lower lashline then on top of that Mystical Mist!

217 --- What I choose to use for blending!
Smashbox Liner Brush
194 {MAC} its a concealer brush that works great for apply inner corner color or lower lashline color!

So I created my site using WIx.com I loves it!
Now all I have to do is buy a domain and upgrade to a premium site. Its so exciting!
So basically I started with the template then tweeked it here and there! I really needed to get my site on the roll before my I start to hand out my new business cards!
I think the wix site actually came out really nice it has a fun but professional feel sorta like me! I was nerves and had brain freezes when it came to do my about me section lol I dont even have one on here but I kept it short simple and sweet so go check out my new site and leave me some feedback!

Purple Tutorial Series Part 1

Since I'm so in love with MUFE #92 and I seem to reach for it every time I do my makeup nowadays I decided to do a series of looks using purple! Fun right!

So the in this first look I used NYX Jumbo Milk Pencil as a base then Mufe's Bright Blue flash color as a lid base to make Vis-A-Violet pop {MAC} on the lid.
I applied the lid color using my Sonia Kushik small shadow brush from Target!

After that I applied Heavenly Naturals "Cherub" to my inner corner,

Next I went in with this flat circular brush don't know how to describe it but you will see it in the video so I applied the MUFE #92 with that brush
just in the crease then I went back in and blended with the 217!

Next I took the milk jumbo pencil applied it to a brush and re-did my highlight.

On my lower lash line I first applied MUFE's Flash color Pink as a base then Fuchsia {MAC)! After that lined the eyes up a lil mascara honey and some Red Cherry lashes completed the look!

My nails

So I decided to paint my nails today! Wow can you believe it I'm a manicure kind of girl, but so many of you have been inspiring me with all the fantastic nail art you do! I'm the kind of girl who can never wait for my nails to dry! But today I just felt like going "Green" and of course I couldn't just stop with the green I did some black and white lines came out kinda cute though! What I noticed is that my nail polish goes on more evenly if I apply a base coat lol no duh right well I didn't know that! I also dipped my Q-Tip in Remove to remove all of my messups cause I cant paint nails for nothing! Anywhoo this is how they turned out

So me and my Glam Squad lol I wish I had a Glam Squad me and my bestie and her sis in law were at Mexi-Cali Road in the town {Downtown Oakland Cali} just went in for drinks and wound up having to charge are phones in the bathroom! We were all major dead no bars! So while charging our phones we started taking pictures and joking around! So my best friend Twyla was teaching me and Dominique how to say "How You Doing" Like Wendy Williams something told me to turn the camera on lol So we practicing an this lady walks in and this is what happened

Can you guys tell I'm in love with MAC*s Strobe Cream which I use either as a Primer under my foundation or as a moisturizer then I hit the streets! I was first introduced to Strobe Cream at that wack MAC Demo suppose to be class lol and I fell in love! The MAC dude applied it with his #187 and as soon as he touched the models face with it she lit up! She look glossy and dewy and wet and her skin looked so healthy. Ya'll know me always the major skeptic I'm like "Dude how would that look on a darker complexion" He's Like "Lala this would be amazing on you, Your not gonna be looking ashy honey" and ya'll know all they were trying to do was sell us product and my butt swallowed it hook line and sinker lol! I'm happy I fell for the Gimik cause boy does Strobe Cream Do the JOB! It handles business! Mac calls it the ultimate pick-up and I second that straight up!

What i like about it is
#1 It stops my moisturizer and foundation from mixing when I use it as a primer!
It really is a layer between the two that's a plus!

#2 It lends itself to making your foundation have that dewy effect without you having to use a gang of moisturizer!

#3 For my Oily sistahs out there they make it in a liquid form!

#4 Absolutely fantastic Highlighter after I put my foundation and blush on I will go over the top of my cheekbone with a little strobe cream!

Finally I completed my 600hr Esthetician course I am waiting on my stateboard date right now! Bobbi Boss "Lexi"

So I eased on in to the beauty supply knowing Ive been said "Me No Buy" from your store anymore straight up! Their customer service is Rotten & Racket they even argue with there employees. Every time I give them another chance and step over the threshold they have new black girls working up in there {but y'all know the code right when they first open a black beauty supply they always hire us cause we know what we talking about then as we build up there customer base they fire us cause they don't need us no more and have learned how to sell the supplies that we need straight up not sugar coated lol} every time!

So anyhow I'm in that G-Thang cause I had needed a new piece to go see R. Kelly I had been rocking a quickweave on a cap so it wasn't enough you know I like full big hair! So I'm in there i try "Lexi" on I'm loving her an I'm like Okay 1B please he go behind the counter pull Lexi out and hand her to the Cashier{like their 4th new one} and she like $59.99 or some shit I'm Like the doll Head said $34.99 then there's this whole mess where the owner is taking all the $34.99 stickers off Lexi and saying no 39.99 or 44.99 I forgot shoot So then my Mother starts going in on him so embarrassing. I'm like girl ring me up an she like damn this is an everyday thing with these people!

Anyhow "Miss Lexi" is the business. I purchased a 1B because that's what look hot on me! She has dummy curls so puurrty and she is the right length! If you have a big face like me and you love big hair "Lexi" should definitely be in you hair collection.
